Community Nurses

Our district nursing team support the doctors to provide services to those patients who are housebound. They offer an assessment to individual patients with regard to their social, nursing and medical needs and coordinate their care. They link with other health professionals to provide end of life support. They are based at the Marina Health Centre and can be contacted on 01275 547532.

Health Visitors

Health visitors provide support to families with children under five years old with regard to all aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
