Originally from the Bannau Brycheiniog in Wales, I trained at the University of Birmingham and University of Nottingham. I am privileged to work with a great team at PMG. Alongside fulfilling GP work, I also teach Bristol medical students and am a clinical supervisor for our trainee advanced nurse practitioner and our first contact physiotherapist.
I have interests in musculoskeletal and sports medicine, joint and soft tissue injections, lifestyle medicine, men’s health, and teaching.
Outside of work I enjoy trail and ultra running - currently gearing up for the 'Race Across Scotland', mountain biking, cycling, having a dance at gigs, and following Welsh rugby (…with gritted teeth!).
