MISSED APPOINTMENTS - Update
In December 2011 170 patients failed to turn up to appointments without letting us know in advance. This is the equivalent of 5 and a half days of clinics not used!
If you know you are going to be unable to attend, even if it is at the last minute, then please telephone us to cancel. We will then be able to offer that appointment to someone else. |

As of 7th November 2011, we are open all day without any closure at lunch time.Our telephone lines are open for emergencies from 8am until 6.30pm. Our two evening surgeries on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are for routine (non-emergency) pre-booked appointments only. As well as routine surgeries to see the doctor, you can book telephone appointments with a doctor. These are not bookable on the internet. Please click here for details of our weekly timetable. |
Booking an appointment
To book an appointment either book online or call the surgery on 0844 477 3283 (our lines are open from 8.00am). 50% of appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance. On-the-day appointments are released at 8.00 a.m. so please go online or call us after that time.
To avoid the early morning rush if you wish to make a routine, pre-bookable appointment we recommend phoning after 10.30 a.m.
If you are unable to make an appointment then please let us know, as we will then be able to offer it to someone else.

Test Results
Once you have had a test, you will need to call the surgery for the results one week later (unless advised otherwise). You should contact the surgery after 1.30 and before 5.00 pm. If you have a specimen you should leave it with your name, date of birth and date at the surgery before 11.30am.
